No Priority In Award Of Scholarship ~Amadi - The Chairman of the Rivers State Scholarship Board, Dr. Elechi Amadi has described as wrong the insinuation that children of politicians in the state are being considered first in the award of scholarship by the board.Speaking during a Radio Rivers Current Affairs programme “Spotlight” he said that the board had at no time considered children of politicians special in the award of scholarship as according to him, the word scholarship is based on merit.
