RSHA Comes With A Bang ... Promulgates New Traffic laws-Following a series of ugly incidences between the Nigeria Police and drivers in Port Harcourt (both commercial and private) regarding parking lots, designated u-turn junctions and illegal license plates, some of which led to serious battering, maiming and at times outright killing of drivers by the law enforcement agents thus portraying the Police Force as inhuman, and also not forgetting the reckless manhandling of drivers in the not too distant past by members of the MOT for which the organization temporarily got the hammer from the State Government and since then has remained in obscurity, the Rivers State Government thought it wise to sanitize the State Traffic Section of the Transport Ministry. more - PDF
